Property - Land

Before you buy...
- Do you need a zoning change?
- Is it a permitted use?
- Is the land clean?

Property - Existing

Look on the inside, not the outside... The inside may cost more than the outside!

Income property

- Strip stores, rental income, etc.
- Can you afford to keep the building?
- Don't subsidize your surplus
